We offer this well-kept apartment exclusively to our customers for the needs of short-term living. On 100 square meters, the apartment offers a comfortable living room, an office space separated by a curtain, a bedroom with adjoining dressing room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a guest toilet.
The technical equipment includes high-performance WiFi, a networked OLED television with soundbar, a washing machine and a dryer. The large sofa in the living room can be quickly and easily converted into a second double bed if required.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed half-timbered house in the city center, which is used as a commercial building. There are plenty of public parking spaces in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Shops and restaurants are easily and quickly accessible on foot.
Feel good and work
The travel time to the main station in Göttingen with an ICE connection is around 35 minutes with average traffic, and you can reach the international airport in Hanover in around 70 minutes.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights. 85 EUR + total per night. VAT and 65 EUR + total VAT final cleaning charged. The landlord is Kroesing Media GmbH & Co KG. If required, simply use our media production with our own digital and offset printing shop and photo/film studio.
